The chat on this site is powered by AI. What you write in the chat is sent to our backend in Microsoft Azure and processed with the Azure OpenAI Service to generate answers. The conversation is stored in a session database (Azure Cosmos DB) for operations, troubleshooting and abuse protection. Your IP address is used for rate limiting (protection against overload and abuse).
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing and protecting the chat function.
Please do not enter sensitive personal data (for example data about health, political opinions or religious beliefs) in the chat. The chat does not need such data to help you.
If you fill in the contact card in the chat and tick the consent checkbox, your contact details (name, plus email, phone and message if you provide them) are sent by email to the consultant together with the chat conversation and any CV match results.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps taken at your request prior to a potential contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
If you use the feature that matches a job description against a consultant profile and choose to receive the result by email, the result is sent to the email address you provide, after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

This site uses cookieless visitor statistics via Azure Application Insights, running in our own cloud environment in the EU (Sweden). No cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device. We see page views and approximate geography, but IP addresses are masked and visitors cannot be tracked across visits. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in understanding how the site is used.
