AI Transparency

Last updated: 2026-08-12

Why this page exists

Enknapp delivers AI solutions, and we use the same technology in our own business. Since August 2026 the EU AI Act requires clarity about when you are interacting with AI and when content is AI-generated. This page explains where AI is used on enknapp.nu, how the content is marked, and how you can check the marking yourself.

Kompass is an AI assistant

The Kompass chat is an automated AI system, not a human. The chat says so, and its answers are generated by a language model from public content on our websites. Kompass answers questions about the consultant profile and the offering, but gives no prices, guarantees, or legal advice; those questions are referred to a human. Answers can contain errors, so please double-check anything important with us directly.

The CV documents are AI-assisted, human-reviewed, and marked

The consultant profile and CV documents on this site are produced with AI assistance and quality-reviewed by the consultant before publication. The content is accurate and personally validated; AI is the tool, not the author of the facts.

That is why every generated document carries a machine-readable mark, as the regulation requires. If you download a CV from here and look at the document properties, you will see it:

Check it yourself

The mark is a mark of quality, not a disclaimer: it shows we are honest about how the document was produced, in line with the EU AI Act. A document from us without the mark was either made entirely by hand or has passed through a conversion that stripped the metadata; the absence of a mark is not proof of anything by itself.

If a document contains AI rewrites that have not yet been reviewed by a human, for example an automatically role-tailored CV draft, it additionally carries a visible banner saying exactly that.

About plain text

Running text, such as a chat reply from Kompass or text copied out of a CV, can only be watermarked inside the AI model itself, at the moment the text is created. We deliberately put no hidden characters into text; such tricks are fragile and hurt accessibility. Instead, each channel carries its own clarity: the chat says it is AI, email summaries from the chat are labeled as AI-generated and approved by the visitor, and documents carry the marking above. As model vendors begin watermarking the text itself, we adopt it for the models we use.

The technology behind it

The AI features on enknapp.nu run in our own Azure environment within the EU. The same transparency principles that apply here are built into Pharos Platform, our platform for AI agents in enterprise environments: disclosure on every channel, machine-readable marking that survives PDF conversion, and human approval with a named reviewer. The full implementation is published openly at pharosplatform.ai.
