With over 25 years of IT experience and deep expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform, I operate where strategy meets execution. As a full-stack architect, I blend business insight, project leadership, and hands-on technical delivery to create end-to-end solutions that work.
A few years ago, a colleague said to me: "There are so many systems to log into, and I have to learn so much IT just to do my job. Can't you just give me one button???"
That frustration is real. It's not just about disconnected systems. It's also about a culture that writes more manuals instead of fixing the actual problem. People have jobs to do. They don't have time to hunt for SharePoint links when something breaks in a completely different system.
That's where the idea was born. If you can describe the problem, you can solve it. Enknapp is my answer: a philosophy and technical approach where the difficult becomes simple, the complex becomes clear, and the valuable becomes accessible.
Designing and executing a complete M&A integration strategy to migrate US-based companies into a European Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environment. Hands-on work with AvePoint Fly for data migration, scripting against Exchange, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint, and managing user communication throughout the process. Includes live migration of Entra ID-joined client devices between tenants without reinstallation. The result: a reusable M&A playbook that accelerates future acquisitions.
Facing a major restructuring on a tight deadline, I built a system that let leaders in a global management pool rank their preferred future positions. The platform handled over 1,500 concurrent users, stayed available for weeks, and allowed ongoing adjustments. The results shaped the new organizational structure. Led the design and implementation of a Teams and SharePoint-based collaboration platform spanning companies in different tenant environments. The platform is used daily by 1,000+ employees across 4 global brands. The focus was governance, automated permissions, and compliance.
Built a Power Platform system that automates the full lifecycle of data sharing agreements. Handles 100+ agreements annually by eliminating many manual steps and streamlining the few that remain. It includes approval workflows, Power BI dashboards, and integration with compliance processes.
Led an internal IT initiative to create a new service catalog with clear system descriptions and a model for distributing costs across group companies. The solution covered project costs, support efforts, and license fees, enabling fairer and more transparent allocation.
Managed discussions with license partners for new three-year agreements and handled annual true-ups. By restructuring the license packaging, I optimized the agreements for more flexible and cost-effective cloud delivery.
On my own initiative, I developed a global system linking individuals to organizational structures. This became a foundation for several downstream integrations with other systems. Built on SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI using only existing Microsoft 365 licenses, it serves employees worldwide daily. I manage it end-to-end: concept, development, operations, and support.
