Built a RAG solution on Azure AI Search that grounds generative AI answers in approved enterprise content with reliable source citations. Designed the Copilot Studio agents and knowledge sources with per-market prompt design, plus a reusable agent template so new countries and languages onboard without rebuilding the core. Delivered to the bank's security bar: identity-based access with Entra ID, private networking, and no secrets in code.

Designing and executing an M&A integration strategy to migrate US-based companies into a European Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environment. Hands-on work with AvePoint Fly, scripting against Exchange, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint. Includes live migration of client devices between tenants without reinstallation. The result: a reusable M&A playbook for future acquisitions.
