I have taken generative AI from business case to pre-production in a bank in 3 months, with identity-based access control, sensitivity labels, EU AI Act documentation, and indexing of thousands of documents (Word, PDF, Excel, converted HTML/ASPX). Production rollout is planned within weeks, with no known blockers. That is where most AI initiatives already stop, at pre-production. Behind it sits 15 years of identity, tenant isolation, information governance, export control, information barriers, and works council processes inside large industrial groups, plus deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform. As a full-stack architect, I take responsibility the whole way, from business need to deployed solution. Almost 30 years in, and still the most hands-on person in the room. That's a choice.

No pre-studies gathering dust. I step into your environment, find what's holding you back, and start building. One person, accountable all the way to production, and time to production gets shorter when the same person owns the business case, the architecture, and the deployment. One person is not the same as undocumented: everything is handed over with infrastructure as code, runnable setup steps, and documentation, so someone else can take over.

The result: a reusable M&A playbook for future acquisitions.
